Delete your account
Sign in, open Settings, and confirm account deletion with your password.
Sign in to delete accountYour product account is removed.
Deletion permanently removes your profile, sign-in credentials, active sessions, saved product records, connected cloud credentials, and All You Can PDF subscription entitlement records.
Files you saved to your device, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox remain in that storage. Disconnecting those services does not delete files from them.
Cancel store billing first.
Website subscriptions billed by Stripe are canceled immediately as part of account deletion.
Apple App Store and Google Play billing is controlled by the store and continues until you cancel it. Cancel there before deleting your account: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. A store purchase linked to a deleted account cannot be restored to another All You Can PDF account.
You can also begin deletion inside the iOS or Android app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
