These terms explain the rules for using the All You Can PDF Website, desktop applications, and mobile applications.

You keep ownership of the files and other content you use with the service. You give us only the limited permission needed to provide the features you choose.
The price, currency, billing interval, and plan details are shown before checkout. Premium renews until you cancel it from your account.
By creating an account, purchasing a Premium plan, or using All You Can PDF, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are not old enough to do so where you live, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Features can differ between the Website, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android because some document work is performed in the browser or on your device while other work requires a server. The relevant Quick Tool explains the available processing and storage choices.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and the activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You can permanently delete your account from the Website or app settings.
Do not share access in a way that exceeds the plan you purchased. We may apply reasonable file, task, storage, device, or usage limits described in the product or at checkout to protect service quality and manage operating costs.
You keep all ownership rights in your documents. You grant Panda Learning Labs LLC and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, process, transmit, and—only when the feature requires it—store your content for the purpose of providing, securing, and supporting the service you requested.
Browser and device workflows may keep document contents on your device. Temporary server workflows use files only for the processing and delivery period shown in the product. Premium cloud storage is used only when you choose a save or sync option. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
You are responsible for keeping copies of important documents. All You Can PDF is a document-processing service, not a permanent backup service unless a feature expressly says otherwise.
You may use All You Can PDF only for documents and systems you are authorized to access. You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls without permission, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or automate access in a way that evades limits or harms other users.
You may not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to process. We may restrict or suspend activity that creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
The free Website and mobile experience may include clearly identified advertising or optional affiliate recommendations and access to eligible quick tools. A paid link may earn All You Can PDF a commission from a qualifying purchase. Premium provides the paid features and higher limits described on the Pricing page and at checkout, including an ad-free experience without affiliate placements.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can open the correct Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play controls from your subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless your account, store, or checkout states otherwise. Store purchases are also subject to the applicable store terms.
Prices may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice. Taxes may be added where required. Fees already paid are not promised to be refundable except where required by law or where a different refund right is stated at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. “Lifetime” means the operating lifetime of All You Can PDF, not the purchaser's lifetime or a promise that the service will operate forever. It provides the Premium features and limits described at purchase for as long as the product remains available, linked to the purchasing account. It does not guarantee unlimited usage or access to separately sold future products.
If you already subscribe, turn off that subscription's renewal with its billing provider before purchasing Lifetime Premium. A Lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel, prorate, or refund earlier payments. A full refund of the Lifetime purchase removes its access; access may be suspended during a payment dispute. Deleting the purchasing account removes its access and does not itself issue a refund. These provisions do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Panda Learning Labs LLC and its licensors own All You Can PDF, including its software, design, trademarks, and product content, excluding your documents. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected parts of the product except where applicable law expressly permits it. Feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
We work to keep the service dependable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every document will process perfectly. PDF files can be malformed, encrypted, unusually large, or dependent on fonts and features outside our control. Review important output before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Panda Learning Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid service claim will not exceed the amount you paid for All You Can PDF during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits them.
All You Can PDF provides document tools, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, serious or repeated violations, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact information. The effective date above identifies the current version.
