This policy explains how All You Can PDF handles documents, account and billing information, service data, and advertising choices.
Your files remain your content. We design every workflow to give you clear choices and meaningful control.
Safeguards, access controls, and responsible handling are part of the product—not optional extras hidden behind a plan.
Depending on the features you use, we may process documents and tool settings, account identifiers, subscription and entitlement status, usage limits, browser or device information, security signals, and diagnostics.
Stripe processes payment details for subscriptions. All You Can PDF stores the customer, subscription, and entitlement records needed to provide and manage your plan; it does not store complete card details.
When a tool requires server processing, its upload and deletion behavior is shown as part of that workflow. Temporary files are retained only for the processing and delivery period described there.
The free Website experience may display advertising supplied by Google and its partners. Those providers may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, limit, and measure ads, including ads informed by visits to this and other websites.
Document files and document contents are not shared with Google for advertising and are not used to choose ads. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free Website experience, and the Windows and macOS applications do not include AdSense advertising.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where required, the Website presents additional privacy choices through a Google-certified consent platform before ads are served.

We use service providers for hosting and security, account and product records, payment processing, and advertising. They receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy obligations.
You can manage advertising consent through the Website’s privacy message, manage or cancel a subscription from your account, and request account deletion. Legal rights may also apply depending on where you live.
